get ground meat, make it into balls at any sixe and quantity as you wish but you have to season the meat first.

Shape your mixture into a rectangle, then cut it into 1 inch squares. Then shape into balls. Saves a lot of time rolling out the meatballs.

The easiest way to make meatballs is in a baking pan. MIx your meat and spices in the pan (I use a variety of spices, eggs and oatmeal as a binder). When you have all the ingredients mixed well, flatten the meat into the pan. The cut into squares approximately the size you want your meatball.. Remove each square, and roll into a ball. This way you get uniform sized meatballs.

You cook them. Duh.

Fast & Easy Meatballs

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 (20 ounce) package ground beef (or ground turkey)
1 egg, beaten
1/3 cup Italian seasoned bread crumbs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with the olive oil, and place it in the oven while preheating.

In a medium bowl, mix together the ground beef, egg, and bread crumbs using your hands. Form the meat into golf ball sized meatballs. Place about 1 inch apart in the hot baking dish. Press down to flatten the bottom just slightly.

Bake for 15 minutes in the preheated oven, then turn them over, and continue baking for about 5 more minutes, or until somewhat crispy on the outside. Serve with pasta and sauce or however you'd like.

I use day old bread. If you don't have any use a scoop of two of bread crumbs and you can add an egg or use a little milk to moisten the breadcrumbs and mix with a pound of ground beef. I also add parsley and other Italian seasons if you have any around. I like small ones, personally so I use a small ice cream scoop, but you can select the size that you want. I then brown them in a small pan, until they look like that they are almost done and then I add them to the tomato gravy and simmer. If you are doing a large amount put them into the oven at 350 degrees for 20 to 30 Min. and until the middle is cooked.
