David, just for you Mashed.

You didnt mention mashed....whats going on...Whats wrong with mashed potatoe?

Ah well I will have to say roasted, even though they are my 2nd favourite.

Roasted, my favourite...........

I love a good roast potato, but my fave is jacket potato with chilli and cheese.

mashed for me

Mashed, with cheese. Just cooking mine now.

Roasted or baked

Mashed!

Mashed or creamed potatoes go so well with English stews or liver and bacon casseroles. It is also the perfect accompaniment with British bangers and baked beans!!!

Most any meal with gravy is complteted by Mash!!!!

Roasted baby! :p

I`ll have `em all please!

mashed and roasted are my favourites

Mmm, potatoes are lush!

New potatoes with butter, jacket potatoes with lashings of butter, mashed potato made with oodles of butter and chips dipped in err... mayonnaise.

I'd say mash is my favourite, especially if it's been baked in the oven so it gets a crust on top. Nice!

chipped

steamed, i prefer.

Mashed.

Depends on the meal and how it's presented......

Roasted, nice and crispy.

Chipped followed by mashed then roast.

boiled with skins on then great big nob of butter yummy ...wee bit of parsley to make look nice as garnish

Jacket

This looks like a bit of cheapo consumer research on behalf of the Potato Marketing Board, instead of standing on draughty street corners with a clipboard. Brill idea if so.

Crisps, is my preference. There, a research statistic for free.

baked or fried

Jacket potato is my favourite. I like potatoes in every fashion really, except mashed - I don't like butter at all and I'm not fond of milk, which are key ingredients of mash!

mashed actually

Roasted with olive oil salt and pepper, and sprinkled with fresh parsley. They're all good, though.

roast potatoes definately smeared with marmite 20 minutes before being finished

Hi roasted are my favorites and Jacket.

potato wedges! i love 'em! i like them with cajun seasoning or just sprinkled with sea salt before they go in the oven so it makes them all crispy :) yummy...

Bombayed or should I say Mumbaied?

Mashed with cream and just enough garlic powder to where you can barely taste the garlic. Add some smoked gouda cheese while mashing. When serving, top with finely chopped leeks that have been braised in butter.

Granted, it's not the HEALTHIEST thing you can eat, but it is tastey!

has to be ROAST!
followed by creamy garlic mash
