Pork Marinade # 2

1/2 cup of kikomans soy sauce
1/2 cup apple juice or pineapple juice

Pour over pork and let sit for 6 to 8 hours but no more than that.
If you like you can rinse the pork before using it in your recipe or cooking.

You could go cheap and pick up a bottle of Italian Dressing. It really spices up anything making it yummy. xD Good Luck.

Try a brine (salt water) with some brown sugar. Soak for 30 minutes or so, then sear and take off direct heat and cook over indirect heat until middle is just lightly pink.

This recipe will put all the others to shame!

1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons "McCormicks Grill Mates Montreal Steak" seasonings.
1/2 teaspoon of Garlic Powder.

This is enough to make one pound of your pork chops.

Mix meat & Marinade well then Marinate for at least one one hour - then either pan fry or put them on your out door grill!

They will be excellant with your favorite chilled Beer!

Good Luck!

Enjoy!
