Question:

Here's a bunch of ingredients - help me make a chicken breast marinade!?

I'm going to grill a chicken breast over coals, and I need a marinade.

Here is what I have:

beer, cranberry juice, hot sauce, hot v8, soy sauce, mustard, apricot preserves (this intrigues me), mayo, ranch, rasp vinagrette, strawberry vinagrette, applesauce, salsa, and all of the seasonings in the world

Any creative ideas?

Answers:
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup apricot preserves
1 tsp chopped garlic
1/2 tsp ground cumin
dash of hot sauce

apricot preserves and rasp/strawberry vinagrettes would be an interestin combo and maybe some ginger?????

1/2 cup of Soy Sauce,
2 Tablespoons of the apricot preserves
1 Tablespoon of the rasp vinaigrette
1/2 teaspoon Garlic Powder.
1/8th teaspoon black pepper
1/8 teaspoon salt to flavor.

Mix Ingredients well - put in Chicken Breasts, mix well to cover - and marinate for no less then 1 1/2 to 2 hours in the Fridge while turning several times to cover.

Grill!

Bon Aperitif!

Mix about 1/4 cup of the soy sauce with fresh garlic, some ginger, 1 tsp of mustard and 2 Tbsp- 1/4 cup of the apricot preserves (to taste). Should make a nice glaze/marinade for your chicken.

Get ? cup V8 ? cup Soy sauce, and ? cup preserves, 5 dashes of hotsauce and tablespoon mustard. Mix together.

Throw your chicken breasts on a hot grill and get it cooked jjust on the outside. Now remove and place in a pan and cover with the sauce above, cover with foil and return to the grill for about 20 minutes, not let it burn

Mix ? rasp vinaigrette, ? Strawberry vinaigrette and I Tablespoon applesauce in a jar and shake it.
Make a bed of lettuce with some pears and blue cheese and pour this over. Voila a salad!

Serve beer, or Cranberry Juice and vodka cocktails

Enjoy!

try 1 cup of apricot preserves
1/2 c of cranberry juice
a dash of hot sauce and 2-3 tbsp of mustard
blend together and marinate for 3-4 hrs

ok im thinking...

get at least 3/4 of a cup of apricot preserves in a pan
add a little bit of water so that it simmers and becomes a sauce.

add salt and pepper to the chicken, marinade in sauce half an hour.

grill.
