Cover Stuffed Chicken Breasts in Oven?

While cooking stuffed chicken breasts in oven - cover/uncover?

i cover for most of the cooking time and then uncover for about 10min to brown the outside of the chicken

cover until last twenty minutes. Then uncover. Yummy!

It depends...are they skinless/boneless chicken breasts? Also, what are they stuffed with?

If they're skinless/boneless, your best bet is to cover them during most of the cooking time; since they have little fat, they tend to dry out. Uncover them during the last few minutes to brown them (you could even stick them under the broiler).

If the ingredients in the stuffing are NOT cooked, but require cooking, then you should certainly cover the dish while it cooks. For example, if the stuffing contains raw egg. If the ingredients in the stuffing don't require cooking (only heating), like cheese or vegetables, the dish can be covered for part of the cooking time, and uncovered for the rest.
