In a glass pour: One layer of granola, cut fresh strawberries or blueberries, plain yougourt, layer of granola again, then berries again, go like that as much as you want. Its very tasty and healthy! :))

Peanut butter and jelly sandwich

mango float. it's easy to make. you just need to have cream, condense milk and graham crackers.

julienne carrot/celery capsicum and any other desirable veges --dip in cottage/riccotta cheese sprinkled with warmed freshly cracked pepper

Toasted bread with melted cheese and a tomato slice. Top with fresh ground black pepper.

real popcorn- not the micro type, with real butter and salt.

bread and oil- swilr some olive oil on a plate, add some salt, pepper,and parmesan cheese, and dip in the bread

Toasted Pizzas
Make toast, then spread a lil spaghetti sauce and sprinkle cheese on top. Then microwave for about 15 seconds to melt cheese. Sometimes we add pepperoni slices to it. =0}

Cheese Scones.
3 cups Flour.
41/2 teaspoons Baking Powder.
? teaspoon of salt.
Pinch of Cayenne Pepper.
? cup Grated Cheese. (Tasty)
1 Cup of Milk.

Sift dry ingredient, add cheese and mix to a light dough with the milk.
Turn out onto a floured board, knead, roll out and cut; place on an oven tray.
Bake at 215C (425F) for 10 minutes.
