Recipe for oven fried oysters?

Anybody out there have a good recipe for oven fried oysters? I had one with cornmeal and now I can't find it.....


Answers:
OVEN FRIED OYSTERS

1 doz. lg. oysters
1 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 egg
Bread crumbs
Salad oil

Mix flour, salt, and pepper. Roll oysters in this mixture. Dip in slightly beaten egg. Roll in bread crumbs. Dip in salad oil. Bake in shallow pan in 400 degree oven until browned, about 30 minutes. Serve with tartar sauce.

Oven Fried oyster

1 pint oysters
1/2 cup margarine (butter will burn)
3/4 cup baking mix
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
3 tablespoons cornmeal
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon pepper
2 eggs, beaten


Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Drain oysters and pat dry. Melt margarine in a baking pan large enough to hold the oysters in one layer.

Combine dry ingredients on a plate or waxed paper. Dip oysters into eggs then roll in dry ingredients. Arrange in margarine in the baking pan, turning to coat well. Oven-fry for 15 minutes or until cooked through.

INGREDIENTS:
2 cups oysters, drained and dried thoroughly
1 cup flour
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon paprika
2 eggs
2 tablespoons water
fine dry bread crumbs
PREPARATION:
In a bowl, combine flour, salt, and paprika. In another bowl, whisk eggs with water. Put bread crumbs in a third bowl. Dip oysters in the flour mixture, then dip in egg, then in the bread crumbs. Fry in hot oil at about 370° until nicely browned, about 2 minutes.

Serves 6.
