Whats the best recipe for fried Gizzards?!

Question:

Whats the best recipe for fried Gizzards?

Who has a really good recipe for TENDER battered fried gizzards?

Answers:
Ingredients:
Oil for frying
Self-rising flour to coat
Seasonings: salt, pepper, garlic powder, poultry seasoning, sage, cajun seasoning.

Directions:

All ingredients are by sight and taste. Depending on how many gizzards you would like to cook. Also, try boiling the gizzards until done with a little meat tenderizer and then frying. It cuts down on the frying time and makes for a moister gizzard.

Rinse the gizzards well. Season to taste. Coat with flour. Place in HOT cooking oil (be careful). They cook fairly fast. Keep a lid to cover with. This helps in splattering. Also, when a lid is placed over any frying food, it helps to keep it moist.

mix them with greasy grimey gofer guts.

Finally, I thought I was the only one who ate fried gizzards. I season the gizzards with salt, pepper and garlic powder. I also season the flour with salt, pepper and garlic powder. In a small bowl, dip the gizzards into the milk, then into the seasoned flour, then fry. Yummy

Deep-Fried Chicken Gizzards Recipe

1 pound chicken gizzards
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
oil for deep-frying
pepper

Remove fat and outer membrane of gizzards. Make a few parallel slashes in each; then cut in thirds. Combine cornstarch, soy sauce and salt. Add to gizzard sections and toss gently to coat. Heat oil. Add gizzards, about half a cup at a time, and deep-fry until golden. Drain on paper toweling. Serve hot, sprinkled with pepper.

Tenderize the gizzards by using a meat tenderizer ( that hammer looking thingy with teeth on one side ) . Then crush up a sleeve or two of crackers real fine, add some garlic powder, seasoning salt, a little pepper .. Mix up a couple eggs with 1-1/2 Cups of milk ........ Dip the gizzards in the milk & then in the crackers ... make sure that you get a good coating on them ........ Deep fry till golden brown & serve with a good " Hot Mustard or Horseradish Dip " Enjoy !!!!!!!!
