Who wants a recipe for Rumaki? (Marinated/Broiled Chicken Livers)?!


Question:

Who wants a recipe for Rumaki? (Marinated/Broiled Chicken Livers)?

HERE IT IS......
RUMAKI - (Marinated Chicken Livers wrapped in Bacon)
1 lb chicken livers (cleaned and rinsed)
? cup soy sauce
1 Tablespoon Ginger
2 Tablespoons Light Brown Sugar
? teaspoon Curry
Water Chestnuts (24 slices)
8 Bacon Slices (cut into thirds)
24 toothpicks (soaked in water for 1 hour)

Combine all the above (except for the bacon and toothpicks)
and let marinate for an hour, or more.

Wrap liver and a slice of the water chestnut with the bacon.
Secure with a toothpick.

Place on pan and broil about 3-4 minutes,
turn and broil another 3-4 minutes (or til done) Serve Hot! And Enjoy!!!

(This is the ONLY way I have ever liked Chicken Liver, its good)
