What do you wish you had on your BBQ grill?!

Question:

What do you wish you had on your BBQ grill?

I'm going to make some grills and hopefully sell them. I need to know what I should put on it that people wish they had to make it more appealing. F.Y.I: This is for a larger 55 gal. drum sized grill.

Answers:
Storage for charcoal, smoke chunks and high heat pam. Warming shelf. Tazer for sneaking fingers. alarm for when its cooked to perfection. self feeding charcoal so you can sleep the nite when roasting the piglet.

A built in light on the inside for when I'm grilling in the dark. Hooks for hanging spatulas, tongs, etc. A window so that I can see inside the grill without opening it and letting heat escape.

I like a removable rotisserie and easy clean grills. I have one that is Teflon coated, but it has holes not the traditional grid that give your meat that lovely hatch work look.

Opening the lid is always a challenge for me, reaching over the heat of the grill, an innovative opening system would be cool.

Also, how about a door that allows adding charcoal without opening the top thus letting the heat out of the cooking area.

Hope this helps, let us know when you start marketing your grill!

rotisary for pork tenderloin

upper shelf for warming
