Savory Mince??

Hey,
I was just wondering if anyone could please give me a quick recipe to cook savory mince please!
I have never made it before and would like to give it ago...

quick, easy and cheap.

oil
onions
mince
packet of beef soup
frozen veges (what ever you have in the freezer)
soy sauce
oyster sauce - optional

1 - place chopped up onions in a pot with a small amount of oil.
2 - cook until clear, add mince and brown.
3 - once mine is brown, add packet beef soup (or any soup flavour) 2 cups of water, veges and sauces.
4 - thicken if required
5 - simmer for 10-15 minues and serve on rice.
