Answers:
All you need is a pressure cooker.

Cook the spices and a little oil and add meat in an open pot or pressure cooker.

Cook the meat till it looks cooked... and all the moisture has left, and the fat starts to come out of the meat.

Add onions and garlic at that point till they are cooked.

Add water to cover the meat and close the pressure cooker.

In about 15-20 minutes, the meat will be tender and cooked.

U'll find tasty curry recipe

I always use chicken thighs, which u can get skinless and boneless from Morrisons-just cut them in half, not too yucky- or braising steak. Using more fatty meat makes it lovely and moist as well as cheap- lean meat tends to go dry- and cook it for as long as possible. I make a lovely curry with Pataks pastes- use equal amounts of balti and madras for a spicy aromatic delight, and add chopped onion, tinned tomatoes and water. Either simmer in a large pan (you may need to add more water)or cook in the oven with a lid on. This is very popular with all my family, friends and neighbours!
