Chicken Skewers?!

Chicken Skewers?

When I cook Chicken Skewers they come out gummy on the inside and are a little uncooked.

Can anyone help me and tell me the temperature I should grill them on and if I should pre cook them?


Answers:
I use a thermometer and check the temp. Or I cut into it to make sure it is done. I cook mine @300 degrees. Depending on how thick or thin it is, I cook mine for about 5 min on each side.
