How do I make fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches?!

Question:

How do I make fried peanut butter and banana sandwiches?

I'd like to try one seeing as how this is Elvis week. DO I have to bread it?

Anyone who can share their experience with the King of Rock & Roll's favorite snack? It would be GREATLY appreciated.....

thank you

Answers:
it woulb be just like grilled cheese. take two pieces of bread put butter on one side of each piece of bread, then on one slice put peanut butter on the other side then place this slice butter down on skillet then place bananas on top of peanut butter, then place second slice of breab on top with butter on the outside, turn over when brown, this does sound good.

oooooh, so that's what happened to the thin elvis!! sounds yummy and artery clogging good, i'll have to try!

First peel a banana and mash it into a paste.

Take 2 pieces of white bread and spread peanut butter on one and the banana on the other. Place together to make sandwich.

In a pan add a liberal amount of butter (2-3 tablespoons). Heat on medium until butter is frothy looking.

Add sandwich and cook until browned - flip over and brown other side.

YUM!

Grilled Peanut Butter
and Banana Sandwich
2 slices of white bread
2 tablespoons of smooth peanut butter
1 small ripe banana mashed
2 tablespoons butter
Spread the peanut butter on one slice of bread and the mashed banana on the other. Press the slices gently together. Melt the butter (or to be truly Elvis-like, melt bacon fat!), over low heat in a small frying pan. Place the sandwich in the pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Eat it with a glass of buttermilk.

make a sandwich using peanut butter and honey mixed (equal parts) and put sliced banana on that.then butter the outside of the sammich and fry one side for 3 mins and flip to other side for 3 more mins

Grilled Peanut Butter and Banana Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

cooking spray
2 tablespoons peanut butter
2 slices whole wheat bread
1 banana, sliced

DIRECTIONS

Heat a skillet or griddle over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray. Spread 1 tablespoon of peanut butter onto one side of each slice of bread. Place banana slices onto the peanut buttered side of one slice, top with the other slice and press together firmly. Fry the sandwich until golden brown on each side, about 2 minutes per side.

You make them kinda like how you make a grilled cheese sandwich or fried cheese sandwich. Butter one side of two pieces of bread. Then, put peanut butter on one piece of bread on the side that was unbuttered and put jelly on the other piece on the unbuttered side. Put the two together then fry on a skillet.
