Tune Up Tuna Salad
Ingredients:
2 cans (6 ounces) Albacore, solid white tuna in spring water, drained
1/2 cup Hidden Valley? The Original Ranch? dressing
1/2 cup diced celery
1/4 cup diced green onions
8 slices sandwich bread
Preparation
Prep Time: 20 min.
Mix tuna with Ranch, celery and onions in bowl. Spread salad evenly on 4 slices of bread; top with remaining slices.
Serves: 4

INGREDIENTS:
2 eggs
1 (12 ounce) can white tuna
1 (6 ounce) can crabmeat, shredded
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 teaspoon sour cream
1 teaspoon yellow mustard
1/2 teaspoon dried dill weed
1/8 teaspoon lemon pepper
2 tablespoons dill pickle relish
2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
3/4 cup finely chopped onion
DIRECTIONS:
Place eggs in a saucepan and cover with cold water. Bring water to a boil and immediately remove from heat. Cover and let eggs stand in hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove from hot water, cool, peel and chop finely.
In a mixing bowl, combine tuna, crabmeat, mayonnaise, sour cream and mustard. Stir in chopped egg, dill weed, lemon pepper, dill and sweet relish and chopped onion. Mix thoroughly.

chicken. not sure what your asking though. here is a recipe i like using chicken.
Easy Mexican Fried Chicken
INGREDIENTS
6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
6 cups buttermilk
3 (1.25 ounce) packages taco seasoning mix
1/4 cup and 1 teaspoon olive oil
2-1/4 cups all-purpose flour
DIRECTIONS
In a resealable plastic bag combine the chicken, buttermilk and 1 packet of taco seasoning. Seal and shake to mix together. Refrigerate and let marinate overnight.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium low heat. Mix flour and the other packet of taco seasoning in a shallow dish or plate. Remove chicken from refrigerator and remove chicken from marinade. Discard marinade.
Coat chicken with flour mixture and fry in skillet until cooked through and juices run clear, 15 to 20 minutes

tuna for sure, and not the stuff out of the can. if you like seafood at all, the best thing you will ever eat in you life is a nice thick tuna steak, seared on both sides and just a little warm in the middle. melts in your mouth.
Chimney Tuna Loin

1/2 cup dark soy sauce
1/2 cup honey
1/4 cup dry wasabi powder
2 pounds tuna loin, cut into 2 pieces
1/2 cup sesame seeds
2 tablespoons peanut oil
In a non-reactive bowl combine soy, honey, and wasabi powder. Reserve 1/4 cup for dipping sauce. Roll each piece of tuna in this mixture to coat evenly. Marinate from 1 hour to overnight. Remove the tuna from the marinade and discard the marinade.
On a plate, lay the sesame seeds. Roll the tuna in the seeds to evenly coat.
Fire up the chimney and top with a well-oiled grate. Sear for 15 to 30 seconds per side or to desired temperature. Remove to rack and rest for 3 minutes. Cover with foil or plastic wrap to achieve carry over cooking. Slice thinly and serve with the dipping sauce.
