Shish kebobs in oven?

I have shish kebobs ready for dinner tonight but now its pouring outside..can they be made in the oven? if so..how?

Arrange your racks so the kebabs will be 8" below the top element, then preheat.
Without knowing what you will have on them I can't give you a time, but for pork I would imagine 4 minutes per side.
It will be trial and error I am afraid. Just check them regularly.

No...they will not taste like shish kebobs at all...Shish kebobs are always cooked on a grill outside because it gets a nice smoky flavor and the fat drips off of it while cooking so u get a not so fatty meat that's tender.

u put them on sticks and over a pan put oven on 375 and wait 10-15 min

ya they can just put them in the oven and hope for the best

Not sure of that one. I have always done them on the grill. If you had a gas stove you could try them over that.
