What are the best herbs to pair with chicken?!

Question:

What are the best herbs to pair with chicken?

While cooking chicken strips, looking for herbs, not spices. Thanks!

Answers:
I have found that fresh or dried rosemary gives chicken a really special taste. If you are cooking chicken strips sprinkle a little EVOO on the strips and then sprinkle a little ground rosemary and salt & pepper.

I've been cooking for my family for about 40 years.

rosemarry or time...I use these on my chicken and the flavor really comes out when you cook the chicken on the grill with the herbs on it!

arabic flavors

Sage and rosemary.

In my experiance, if cooking boneless skinless strips on a broiling pan in the oven, I first brush the strips with a bit of olive oil then sprinkle fresh crushed sage and rosemary onto the meat. Put too much and it will be too spicy so use sparingly.

Then broil for about five to ten minutes.

Chicken is very good baked with garlic powder and crushed tarragon sprinkled on it
baked at 350 about 45-60 minutes. depends on the size and the amount of chicken

lemon pepper, celery salt, mccormick's poultry montreal.

tarragon is a classic especially with a cream sauce

sage is also good especially is you make a saltumbucca with the chicken, marsala wine and butter make a great sauce to go with it

if you go towards pasta you could go oregano or if in a tomato sauce oregano and basil in the sauce.
