How long do you cook sirloin tip side steak on a barbecue?!

Question:

How long do you cook sirloin tip side steak on a barbecue?

Answers:
It depends on how done you want it and how thick the cut of meat is.

Use a thermometer in the middle of your steak.
140F Rare
145F Medium Rare
150F Medium
155F Medium Well
160+F Well Done

depends upon how done you want it

try cooking it for 3 minutes on one side flipping it and giving it 2 on the second cut a corner off and go from what you see in terms of doneness for what you want, if your cooking more than one dont out the second one on until you flip the first one and that way you will have learnt all you need with the forst one to make all the rest perfect

well if u use a bbq with charcoals, put the charcoals on the back half and when the coals get a grey color have the grill on that u have cleaned. now start with the steak over the coals and cook for 3-4 mins, and then pick up the corner of teh steak and look at the underside of the steak. when the steak is turnign brown, but make sure its not being burnt, then turn the steak over and cook another 3-4 mins, this will result in the steak being what is called rare, if u wan the steak more well cooked then u can move the steak more over the section where there is no coals and with the lid on leave the steak on the grill another 4-5 mins and this will result in a medium . and another 3-4 mins is for a medium well steak. also many people meriade their steaks with salt and pepper to steak seasonings, and ive even taken and put the steak in a dish and poured some italian dressing over both sides and left it in the frig while the charcoals r truning lit to turning grey. Happy eating
