What is the best way to peel the shell from a hard boiled egg?!

Question:

What is the best way to peel the shell from a hard boiled egg?

Answers:
Well my way was a method I learned while working in a Mom & Pop Italian restaurant from Rosie the Salad Prep cook for over 30yrs. She would place eggs in pot then fill with water about an inch or so over eggs. *main idea is to have them completely covered with water * Then bring to a boil. When this happens turn off the heat put a lid on & allow to cook for 15 min. Drain & fill pot back up with cold water & cool for 20 min. Drain again and vigoriously shake the pot then eggs will crack & all you have to do is peel away the shell . No pounding necessary on the sink or other hard surface. During peeling or after rinse each egg individually under cold water then use as desired. Bellisimo every tiempo! Manga!! :o)

After the eggs cool, tap the corner of a counter or something. Now roll the egg in a circle, forwards on the counter, then peel. It should come off easily.

Put the boiled eggs in very cold water for several minutes. They peel much easier after a cold bath!

shake in the pot and lightly smash sheels . Some will just fall off. Also shock eggs with cold water immed after boiling for 10 mins

after you boil the egg let it sit then hit it against the counter hard enough for the shell to break but not so hard as the egg gets snapped in half then try to get your nail under the piece and start getting pieces of like that.

roll it in the cooking pan and then get under the shell to the skin and peel it off.--its really easy tht way.

Peel it under running water.

Soak in cool water. Peel them while still in the bowl of water.

Crack it on the head with a spoon, then jus peel it off using the spoon
