Can chocolate chip cookie dough be frozen?!

Question:

Can chocolate chip cookie dough be frozen?

This is homemade, not the store bought.

Answers:
Yes, roll it into a cylinder and use wax paper that will not cause freezer burn, after that just let it thaw and cook. DO NOT thaw it in the microwave because it will lose the circular shape that is usually preferred for cookies.

yes

yess sirr ree it can!

yes! but only on wednesday

Yes indeed. Roll it into a tube (like Pillsbury) then you can slice off 2" chunks, then quarter the chunks, and plop those on a baking sheet and go!

You can definitely freeze it! just make sure that when you are un-freezing it, let it thaw naturally! DO NOT stick it in the microwave!! trust me, it will turn out bad if you do!

yes but it can only stay in the freezer for 2 months

Yes, but make sure you let it thaw naturally.
I'm sure your cookies will be delicious!

yes and eat it frozen taste yummy

yes... you can wrap it up in plastic wrap and form it into a ball. when you thaw out the dough, just leave it out on your kitchen counter for about 4 hours and then form into balls and bake :)

yes, ofcourse madam

It should be able to be frozen. You would need to make sure that it is wrapped very good before freezing. You also will want to let it thaw before baking the cookies from the dough.
They do freeze the dough and put it in Ice cream.

yes

Yes it can be frozen it does not freeze really hard and can be used partially frozen. Use an icecream scoop to drop dough onto the cookie sheet ;cookies will be large, leave lots of room between each .bake only as many as you want. For one person this is great not all are eaten at one sitting.
