How to cook frozen pot stickers?!

Question:

How to cook frozen pot stickers?

I have some frozen pot stickers that I bought at Sams club and my wife threw away the pacakge and Directions!! Does any one know a how to cook them in a pan/ microwave?

Answers:
This is how you do it. Listen carefully. Get a frying pan that has a lid. Put some oil in the pan, just a little to cover the bottom so the pot stickers won't stick. Medium high heat. Add the pot stickers, flat side down. Depending on the size of the pan is how many goes in. They shouldn't touch each other. Let them cook til they are brown on the one side. Turn to medium low, add about 3/4-1cup of water to the pan, put the lid on and let them steam for about 5 minutes. Remove to paper towels to drain. YUMO!!!

I cook mine first in the Microwave for about 1min then heat a pan with vegtable oil and crisp up on the flat side.

boil some oil and stick them in, or put them on a napkin in a container and 3-4 mins for 8 should do the trick

I would boil them for about 5-10 minutes, depending on the size of the pot stickers - closer to 10 if they are larger. And then drain them and brown them a little in some oil - I use mostly canola, not much of that, plus a touch of sesame oil for flavor.

I always boil mine first for a couple of minutes and then put them in the frying pan with a little bit of oil. Boiling them first makes it so they don't have to fry for as long and possibly burn.
