Question:

How can I cook resturant style fried chicken/chicken strips? Like extra crispy?

Answers:
I think the only way to get that extra crispy chicken or chicken strips is to use a deep fryer, like a fry daddy or something.

Rice jlour helps make it crispy.

First wash your chicken to get any germs or contamination off. Then take flour and season it with season salt and pepper on one plate. Take an egg and add just alittle milk to it and whip together in a bowl large enough for the chicken to fit in. First dip your chicken into the milk and egg mixture then the flour. Put some oil in your pan, now you do not have to use tons of oil, just a small amount and put the flour coated chicken in. Let it brown nice and brown but the inside of the chicken will not be done so you then put it in a 13X9 casserole dish. Once all the chicken has been browned, put he 13X9 dish in the oven for about 30-45 min. depending on how much chicken you have in the dish. Hope that helps ya...

dip the chicken/chicken strips in the thick doe made of beer and flour, then let it dry somewhat before frying
