I would only gie it 1 week at the max.

48 to 72 hours @ 37-39 degs

Refrigeration slows the growth of bacteria in the egg. But the bacteria is still growing, just not as fast. Each day you leave it there, it has more bacteria. It gradually gets less and less fresh. There is no definite deadline. It depends on how fresh you want it to be and what mood you're in.
