INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
3/4 cup butter
1 cup chopped pecans
2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese
3 cups confectioners' sugar
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 (1.3 ounce) envelopes whipped topping mix
1 cup milk
1 (21 ounce) can blueberry pie filling
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and pecans. Press mixture into a 9x13 inch pan.
Bake for 30 minutes. Allow to cool.
In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar, vanilla, whipped topping mix and milk. Beat at high speed using an electric mixer until smooth. Pour over baked crust. Chill in refrigerator. Before serving, top with blueberry pie filling.

I don't think this would have whipped cream in it, but
here's something my girlfriend often does w/ frozen fruit
Get's a couple of cups of frozen berries defrosts 'em mixes them in w/ a cup of sugar, and a dash of lemon peel, and then rolls out sugar cookie dough places it over the top of the bowl, and cooks it. And it's like a cobbler kinda.
Then she serves it w/ vanilla ice cream, when it's fresh out of the oven...............mmmm.mmmm. good.

Blueberry Delight


24 servings 1 day 1 day prep

2 cups graham crackers
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 cup melted butter
Filling
16 ounces cream cheese
1 cup sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla
4 eggs
Topping
1 (16 ounce) can blueberry pie filling


For the crust, mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, cinnamon and melted butter together with a fork until well blended and crumbly. Press mixture into a 9x13 baking pan.
For the filling, cream together the cream cheese, sugar and vanilla. Add eggs and beat well.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 25 minutes. Do not overbake. Mixture will set up as it cools.
When cool, completely cover with blueberry pie filling.
Chill overnight.
