Prepare Caramel Topping and Chocolate Topping. Drizzle over cheesecake. Refrigerate cheesecake. Sprinkle with pecans just before serving.

Caramel Topping: Combine 7 ounces (1/2 bag) caramels and 1/3 cup whipping cream in small saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.

Chocolate Topping: Combine 4 squares (1 ounce each) semisweet chocolate, 1 teaspoon butter and 3 tablespoons whipping cream in small saucepan; stir over low heat until smooth.

There are several recipes on several recipe sites. None show that they are like the one at Fazoli's. I've never had it so I can't compare.

I did pick out a few for you to look up -- This one says it is very easy to make -- http://www.netcooks.com/recipes/cakes/tu...

This one says it is very low in fat -- http://www.epicurious.com/recipes/recipe...

Another easy one -- http://www.mealsmatter.org/recipes-meals...

And this one from the Kraft site -- http://www.kraftfoods.com/recipes/cakesp...

Enjoy and tell Mom good luck with her surgery! ~-~
