I don't want to freeze it now.
I always wrap my quick breads in aluminum foil then put in a zip lock bag. Then I put it in the fridge. It is wonderful microwaved for about 30 secnds so dont worry if it gets a bit hard from being chilled. I mostly make way too much so I wrap it the same way and freeze it. I hope this is helpful.
Tightly wrapped, in refrig.
For extended periods, they freeze well. Wrap tightly as well.
Put in the freezer.
I wrap my bananna bread tightly in aluminum foil and it lasts for 2-3 days. Stays wonderfully moist. (If my family doesn't eat it all on the first day)!
In the fridge, in a sealed container. You can also freeze them for a few weeks,
I either wrap the banana bread in tin foil or a large plastic bag. I don't bother refrigerating it because it doesn't last that long in my house. Sometimes I'll make two loaves, one for now and freeze the other one for later. Any other bread I would just store in a plastic bag.
