but i have run out of ideas what to buy
and prepare myself for lunch-any ideas?
I just cannot face another take away meal

Constantly using take aways has got so bad
im now on first name terms with nearly all

Well i start my day with tomato onion pepper lettuce sandwiches.
so you could add cheese or meat to that.
For my lunch i had the packet of noodles with curry flavor, which you heat up in a pan of water, til it reduces :)

baked potato with chopped raw vegetables
What about a tuna melt?
My store sells cooked slice meat in a container and it is only £1.35. I get the roast beef and give it a quick blast in the microwave and make hot beef sandwiches. You can make instant gravy and pour it on the meat to make it even better. I can get 3 or 4 sandwiches out of one pack so its great value.
Also you can get some frozen or tinned veg, bake a potato or get tinned new potatoes and make a meal with the roast beef.
ramen noodles.
omg, ramen is so totally good.
How about making pasta?
Buy some pasta sauce. Pasta shells, some vegetables and cheese.
To make it even spicier, add some hot sauce.
You can go online and search receipie for whatever you're interested in having.millions of receipies there!!!
Make yourself something that brings back fond memories: Maybe you mom made you chicken soup when you were sick as a kid. Maybe you remember a family vacation where you had pizza with pineapple for the first time.....At a special occasion where you had ravioli....bring back a good memory.( Grilled hamburgers do it for me!!)
what you need to do is to cook you a good old fashion dinner and use the left overs as your lunch that will be something good and different then what you have been eating for lunch.
Try buying a smalll lunch box and fill it up with food. Some ideas are, cold pasta salad, chicken salad, sandwich, hot dog etc etc.
