Answers:
in a saucepan over low heat, 250 gram butter and 250 gram dark chocolate.
in a bowl sift 2 cups self raising flour, 1 cup cocoa, 1 cup caster sugar. Add 1 cup fresh walnuts, 200g chopped chocolate pieces. after chocolate butter mix has melted remove from heat and add 3 eggs. mix well and add to dry ingredients, mix quickly and pour into lined tray, bake 35 mins 160 degrees. take out while it is still soft, let cool slightly and then mark into squares. yum!

allrecipes.com is a great source too, you can even put in how many servings you want and it will adjust it for you.

Another one I have no real written recipe for, so
let's wing it! This makes 2 cakes!

*CAUTION!*
this is extremely rich! be advised to eat a small
piece with a big glass of milk!Start with your
favorite boxed chocolate cake mix (I prefer the butter
recipe chocolate) or your favorite chocolate cake recipe
bake in the 2 round cake pans,
either 8 or 9 inch, doesn't matter. cool and place each
on a plate. In a large pot, start with 3 cups of
sugar and 1 1/2 cups milk and a pinch of salt. here's
where the variations come in.for chocolate
fudge or chocolate peanut butter fudge, add about 2/3
cup cocoa for peanut butter fudge, don't add
anything else yet!over medium heat, stir until
mixed. stir occasionally til mixture comes to a rolling
boil. DO NOT STIR AGAIN WHILE COOKING! continue to boil
until this reaches the soft ball stage (will form a
ball if dripped into cold water). once at the softball
stage, remove from heat and add 1 tsp. vanilla and 1/2
cube of butter.if making chocolate peanut
butter fudge or peanut butter fudge, add about 1 1/2
cups peanut butter, creamy or crunchy, whatever your
style!let the mixture cool for a few minutes, allowing
butter (and peanut butter) melt. then start beating with
a wooden spoon until it's lost it's gloss. if
adding peanut butter, mixture will cool MUCH faster, so
be careful! when it's lost its gloss and starts to
thicken, pour half over each cake and let stand! I
recommend if your chocolate fudge doesn't want to set, add
a cup of peanut butter to it. this will
help!I like to swirl melted white chocolate over the top
to make it look purty too!and the fudge is
good to make on its own in a greased pan!
