How about the heatable cups of campbells soup. Vegetable low fat tomato or maybe whole wheat bread with turkey and lowfat swiss. These are my staples...

Lean Cuisine pizza's are awesome. I also like their fettucini alfredo and santa fe rice and beans - all are low fat and delicious.

just stay away from dressings and mayo stufflike that. eat lots of boneless skinless chicken breasts

start with a traffic light salad
always some thing green - lettuce, beans, broccoli, spinach
red - tomato, capsicum, carrot, beetroot
yellow- pumpkin, corn, squash
add a brick-protien(building muscle brick)
100g of-
tuna, egg,low fat cheese, chicken, lean roast beef/lamb/pork, tofu, nuts, chickpeas
and finish with the filler-wholegrain/starch
100g of wholemeal bread, steamed potatoes, legumes, brown rice, cous cous etc
add a piece of fruit and a pot of yoghurt

I like to eat wit less 'bad' carbs. one of my fav lunches is turkey roll ups on corn tortillas. I know it sounds strange, but they are good, and filling! besides, bread is only 1 slice per serving, corn tortillas are 2 per serving!

2 corn tortillas
6-8 slices lean thin deli sliced turkey
1 cheese stick, or 1 oz cheese divided
2 romain lettuce leaves-or whatever is your fav
2 tsp mayo if preferred
salt and pepper.

Heat the tortillas over med heat till soft, lay them on paper towelling to cool. Layer the lettuce meat and cheese in that order. Sprinkle with salt and pepper and add 1 tsp mayo for each roll up. Eat up and enjoy! This is really good with slices of avocado as well....combinations are just as varied as a sandwich.

1 box of tri colored pasta
1 jar of low/no fat italian dressing
1 red onion
1/2 red pepper
1 jar of drained artichokes
1 jar of roasted red pepper
1/2 cup of low fat cheese or parm cheese

Just mix and yum. You could add any grilled meat to this. Generally I toss in whatever I have leftover. I have used shrimp, salmon and chicken. The salmon does not hold up as well though, so add that when you are ready to eat and break it up them.

I usually eat those various lean cuisine things. they tell you the calories and fat grams on the box so its not like you have to add it up or anything. plus sometimes i find that i dont eat it all, so there's less intake. im going to make this glazed chicken breast one with rice later on

try to make your own salad with ham, mushrooms, carrots, some rice with your salad and some parsley. try to but every thing that is low fat but when you use it try to make everything from your food at home, and look on the computer to see if you can find some recipes.
