Here is one that is quick, easy, and tastes great. Have fun!

"QUICK CHOCOLATE EGGLESS CAKE"

1-1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp vinegar
1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a small baking pan (8x12) with vegetable spray.

Combine dry ingredients directly in the pan. Mix all the wet ingredients

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients leaving out the vinegar until the final step.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring together in pan until well combined. Stir in the vinegar rapidly. Then stir in 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips and immediately place pan into preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 min.

Chocolate Cake


Ingredients:

Add wet ingredients to dry and stir until all dry ingredients are mixed. Add the vinegar quickly and stir in ― pour into an 8 x 8 pan in the oven and bake for 25 to 30 min. Cool thoroughly

Eggless Chocolate Cake II
INGREDIENTS

* 4 1/2 cups sifted all-purpose flour
* 3 cups white sugar
* 1 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* 1 cup vegetable oil
* 3 cups water
* 3 teaspoons baking soda
* 1/2 teaspoon salt
* 3 tablespoons vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), grease and flour a 9x13 inch pan.
2. In a large bowl, sift together flour, cocoa powder, soda and salt. Add sugar and mix together.
3. Add oil, water and vanilla and mix thoroughly.
4. Pour into a 9x13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 1 hour or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean
