Answers:
put them in ice cold water thats what my grandmother does and let them sit
they wont turn brown
litterally put ice in the water

Sprinkle lemon juice on them.

Keep the potatoes in cold water, covered, with a touch of salt.

pu the potatoes in water with ice

lightly coat with lemon juice

add a little salt or lemon juice to the water, this will help!

put them into the water right after you cut them.

Keep them submersed in watr (preferably cold)

when i worked in a bar, we put the sliced lemons in carbonated water and they kept for weeks....i now never have a slice in my drink...but maybe it will work with tatas.

Sit them in a bowl of ice water until your ready to use. Make sure you have lots of ice...And they can't be left like that for too long. Eventually they will turn brown regardless. Try not to slice them until you need them. But sticking them in ice water can buy you a few minutes.

Completely cover them with ice water. A sprinkle of fruit fresh, if you have it, can help.

All good advice.
I use Flavor Fresh instead of lemon It has no flavor itself.
