Anyone else making 'Amish Friendship Bread'?!

Question:

Anyone else making 'Amish Friendship Bread'?

I am, this is my 3rd time. I love the fact that it's more like a cake than bread. I probably wouldn't have made it so many times if it weren't. =)

Are you doing anything different to "liven up" the bread? I like to add pecans.

The recipe (instructions) were given to my friend at work. She passed it on to me. I gave it to my sister, to a few neighbors and some ladies at church. Who have you passed it on to? =)

I like adding cranberries, and I descovered that you can omit the pudding, or use different puddings (like chocolate!)

I like adding nuts, too. yummm

we kept passing it around the teachers' lounge at school. every few weeks, a few more bags would be left on the table! :)

Can you give me the recipe? bayoubelle46@yahoo.com

Thanks! : )
