Is it safe to reheat food in the microwave in styrofoam?!

Question:

Is it safe to reheat food in the microwave in styrofoam?

Answers:
NO! Styrofoam is not microwave safe.

Personally I don't. The styrofoam melts.

i wouldnt do it, styrofoam melts, and then it can get in the food you were reheating, and i since styrofoam isnt biodegradeable, i wouldnt want to eat it, and i dont think you would either

Probably best not to, especially if you have food with some fat in it. The fat gets hot, it melts holes in the styrofoam, you have a nasty mess. But if you wanted to warm up a piece of frozen bread or something like that, no problem.
