Question:

I need special K Ideas.?

I just started having special K cereals as a healthy meal (I am replacing breakfast and dinner with it). Anyone has any idea about what I can add to special K to make it taste better....UNIQUE IDEAS WILL BE VOTED THE BEST.

Answers:
raisons. idk why, that was just the first thing that came to mind.

me!

Add any type of fruit to it (try strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, bananas, or peaches). You could try adding a spice too, like cinnamon or vanilla extract to the milk.

I love special K (the regular one) just the way it is, I eat it for breakfast and lunch... then if i want a snack I just it eat dry. But try one of the other special K cereals like the red berries, or the chocolate one, or the vanilla almond or fruit and yogurt. I personally dont like any of these ones, but then again I dont like chocolate...or anything sweet on my cereal.

Crushed Special K is my favorite baked chicken coating. I throw it in the blender with a little salt, pepper, garlic powder, rosemary and thyme. Hit pulse a few times till the flakes are crushed. Remove the skin and dip your chicken in a beaten egg and then dredge in the Special K crumbs. Bake at 350* for 45min to 1 hr and yummy!

It's not for breakfast but Special K is the best.

Ok, fruit works. You can also squeeze honey over it. I use sugarfree maple syrup and drizzle it onto the cereal too.
If you look in health food sections you can buy CAROB bits(similar to chocolate chips but without processed sugar) to put in your cereal. Yogurt can be mixed in as well. I might point out that if you sub for dinner you are not getting all 4 food groups-not a healthy idea. Now, there are lots of recipes for cooking using corn flake crumbs. Regular Special K would make a healthier alternative to, say, chicken parmesan. Just make your own spag. sauce w/out using sugar and use egg noodles instead of wheat noodle. Or better yet, use spinach noodles.

Add Special K to some plain or vanilla yogurt and blueberries.

i like mine with a little sugar or bare naked granola, its got dried fruit and different nuts in it and naturally sweetened with honey...its great!!
