There are some great recipe search engines that let you find what to make based on the ingredients you want to use. I like the one at Cooking.com.

My Mom used to make this for us, it's my favorite.

carmel apple tart, or apple cobbler, mmmmm

Core them, stick them in a pan covered with three quarters cup of brpwn sugar, quarter cup brandy, quarter cup butter per apple, bake in a 350 degree oven until the apples are tender (about half and hour) simple, sweet, and oh so good.

There is a great recipe for easier than apple pie! You use corn starch, cinnamon, sugar, and the apples' own juices to make the filling. It's fabulously easy and fabulously yummy! Even my husband who "doesn't like apple pie" gobbles it up EVERY time I make one!

4 tart green apples
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 tablespoons butter
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Scoop out the core from top of the apple, leaving a well. Do not cut all the way through. Stuff each apple with 2 tablespoons brown sugar and 1 tablespoon butter. Place in a shallow baking dish and sprinkle with cinnamon.
Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes, until sugar begins to caramelize and apples are tender.

Baked apples with a cinnamon streusal topping! Core your five apples and cut the bottoms off so they will sit fairly flat. In small bowl combine:

1 cup brown sugar
3 T butter
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup oatmeal or flour
1 T Apple jack (or apple flavored liquor) opt.

Mix the above until crumbly and fill apples. Put in baking pan and pour in some apple cider, juice, or water in the bottom. Cover and bake until apples are tender. Remove from pan and stir pan juices to get baked bits up. Add remaining "stuffing" if there is any left over and simmer until thickened. If there isn't, then add apple liquor or juice to make sauce. Serve with vanilla ice cream, whipped cream or vanilla yogurt and sauce.

Core them and put a mix of brown sugar, butter and a little cinnimon in the middle and bake them in the oven, serve with vanilla ice cream. So yummy.
