here's a few that i make for my family, they love em...
Banana and Peanut Butter Smoothie
1 banana cut into chucks
3 tbsp of peanut butter
1 cup of low fat milk or saoy milk
1/2 cup of yogurt
Blend the banana with milk until bananas are well blended. Next mix the yogurt with the peanut butter together before blending them. Add them to the blender and blend till smooth, creamy texture is formed.
Banana-Orange Low Carb Smoothie
1 banana
1 orange sliced and unseeded
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
1 cup orange juice
6 ice cubes
Blend the orange juice with the fruits and yogurt. Once the fruit is well blended add the ice cubes and continue blending till a slushy.
Straberry Low Carb Smoothie
4 strawberries
1 cup of soy milk
6 ice cubes
1/2 cup low fat yogurt
Blend all ingredients together until texture is creamy and smooth.
Grape Volcano Smoothie
1/2 cup seedless green grapes
1/2 cup skim milk
1/2 cup lowfat plain yogurt
1/8 tsp vanilla
2 ice cubes
Put all ingredients in a blender. Blend at high speed for 15 seconds
Watermelon Kiwi Smoothie
2 cup seedless watermelon chunks
2 kiwi fruit, peeled and chopped
2 cup lowfat vanilla yogurt
1 cup ice
4 sprigs of fresh mint...for garnish
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses and garnish with sprigs of fresh mint.

Low-Carb Coconut Smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup Coconut Milk (recipe in Chapter 6) or 1 13.5-ounce can coconut milk or 1 cup Almond Milk (recipe in Chapter 6)*
1-2 tablespoons protein powder (goat protein, whey, or rice protein)
1 tablespoon virgin coconut oil
1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon almond extract
1/4 teaspoon stevia powder
8-10 ice cubes
Directions:
Place all ingredients but ice in a blender and process at high speed until well combined. Add ice after the coconut oil is blended so that it won’t clump. You may use more or less ice, depending on how cold you like a smoothie.
Serves 2
Chocolate-Peanut Butter Smoothie
2 servings 5 min 5 min prep
1 small ripe banana
1 1/2 cups milk
1/4 cup smooth peanut butter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
Combine everything in a blender.
Blend until smooth.
