CHOCOLATE PIZZA
1 (12 inch) pizza pan
1 lb. chocolate flavored candy coating
1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi sweet chocolate morsels
2 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. chocolate flavored corn puff cereal
1 c. peanuts
1/3 c. red candy coated chocolate pieces
1/3 c. green candy, coated chocolate pieces (colors optional red and green for Christmas (M & M's)
1/3 c. flaked coconut, (optional)
1 sq. (2 oz.) vanilla flavored candy coating
1 tsp. vegetable oil
Melt chocolate candy coating and chocolate morsels in heavy saucepan over low heat. Stir often. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows, cereal and peanuts. Stir until coated. Pour mixture into a well greased 12 inch pizza pan. Sprinkle with candies and desired coconut. Melt vanilla candy coating with oil in a heavy saucepan over low heat, stirring often. Drizzle over pizza. Let cool at room temperature or chill until firm. Cover and store at room temperature. Cut into squares or wedges. Serves 20.

CHOCOLATE CHIP ROCKY ROAD PIZZA
2 1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. butter, softened
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
3/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans or walnuts
12 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Combine flour, soda, and salt in bowl. In another bowl, cream butter and sugar until blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla, mix in dry ingredients, along with chocolate chips and nuts. Pat into 14 inch round pizza pan sprayed with Pam. Bake 25 minutes.
Remove from oven and immediately sprinkle topping over cookie crust. Let stand 5 minutes, then swirl with spatula. Cool completely, cut into wedges.
TOPPING FOR PIZZA:
6 oz. pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. pecan pieces
Combine all ingredients and sprinkle over crust.

1/2 c. peanut butter
1 c. butter
1 c. brown sugar
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 c. oatmeal
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. pecan pieces
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. flaked coconut (optional)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Cream butter, peanut butter and sugars in large bowl. Add eggs and beat well. Add flour and baking soda, blend well. Add oatmeal and other ingredients (except the coconut) and stir gently. Spread dough on a greased pizza pan or cookie sheet. Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. (Add coconut to top halfway through baking time if using.) When cool, slice into pizza wedges.

CHOCOLATE CHIP PEANUT BUTTER PIZZA
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 1/2 c. flour
2 c. miniature marshmallows
6 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
Mix first 6 ingredients. Add flour, press over bottom and up sides of 12" pizza pan. Bake 10 minutes at 375 degrees. Sprinkle marshmallows and chips on crust and cook 5 to 8 minutes more.
