Answers:
Chop up medium onion and fry in skillet with olive oil till wilted slightly, about 3 - 5 minutes. Add thyme, and 2 cloves of chopped garlic, fry for 1 minute. Add steak to pan, then, add 2 28 oz jars of whole tomatoes. Stir. Cook for 2 1/2 hours on low medium heat. Check and stir every 30 minutes or so, do not let juices boil, but, keep at a light simmer. Serve over rice, or, noodles.

I leave one for u but not sure if its useful or not:
* 4 sweet Potatoes, roughly 900 g
* 2 tbsp Olive oil
* 4 fillet Steaks
* Salt and Pepper

Pesto

* 100 g Walnut
* 50 g Parmesan, grated
* 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
* 3 tbsp Olive oil
* 1 tbsp Tarragon, chopped

Method:

* Peel and cut potatoes, then boil for 15-20 minutes until cooked.
* Drain the potatoes and Mash them then season with salt and pepper.
* Whiz walnut, parmesan and garlic together then add oil and tarragon and whiz again until a coarse paste is formed.
* Season the steak with salt and pepper then grill depending on the thickness of each piece, cook for 2-3 minutes for rare, 4 minutes for medium or 5 minutes for well done.
* Serve the steaks with sweet potato mash and a dollop of pesto.
There are a couple more in the link below.

This type of cut is actually a tough cut of meat to grill or broil. Your best bet would be to braise it. If you did want to broil it, you'd need to marinate it overnight to soften the meat.

There's a recipe in the link; you can omit the beer.

Not really; I was just wondering WHOSE shoulder blades you decided would make for decent steaks.

Later Daze! =)
