I'm looking for a recipe for a breakfast casserole...?
I'm looking for the recipe for this breakfast casserole. It is eggs, bacon, sausage, hashbrowns (or fried potatoes), mushrooms and other veggies all mixed together. I am pretty sure you mix bisquick in there too, but I dont know for sure, And I think it is cooked in a crust.... but a biscut crust. But Im not sure if you make the crust and pour the raw egg mix in it and bake it, or if its just the egg mix cooked in the frying pan.... anything that sounds similar to this would be helpful. Im pregnant and this just sounds sooooooo good! Thank you!

I think you're thinking of a recipe that was make for an informercial for the GT Xpress 101. The recipe is in the link. You can add whatever ingredients you want into the dish, then pour in the Bisquick mix. Bake until golden.

Here's the one I make. Don't have a recipe , just in my head. I brown 1 lb. sausage, Put about 1/2 cup melted butter in a baking dish (9x13), place any kind of bread in the bottom (about 4 slices). Put the drained sausage on top, cover with shredded cheese, add any peppers, onions, etc you like. Beat about 8 eggs mixed with your favorite seasonings and pour over the top. bake at 350 degrees until eggs are done and as brown as you like. You can add other meats if you like.
