My absolute favorite at home and when ordering at a restaurant is:

Penne Ala Vodka

LOVE this recipe!!!

1/2 c 2% milk

pinch red pepper
1 TBspn butter

1/4 c parm cheese
1/4 c vodka

-heat oil & butter in skillet
-add garlic & shallot
-add vodka - heat until reduced by 1/2 (about 2 min)
-add crushed tomatoes, salt, red pepper
-simmer uncovered 10 min
-while sauce is simmering - in large pot, boil water for pasta...cook as directed until al dante.
-add cream to sauce 9cook about 2 min)
-add pasta....cook until fully covered.

ENJOY!

Lasagna!!!!

Fettucine Alfredo!

you cant go wrong with fettucine and alfredo sauce, either use shrimp sauteed in butter and garlic or sliced grilled chicken breast.

I'm with the ladies who already answered - fettucine alfredo and lasagna are my favorites.

I like angel hair pasta.. throw whatever you want into the sauce.

I love lasagna!!
Or raviolis!!

Yum Yum!

I think spaghetti is the all time favorite. It pleases almost everyone and you really can't go wrong.I like to get Ragu or Prego and then add two cans of tomato sauce some seasoning, garlic, bell peppers, onions.Let it simmer all day or even a few hours and it turns out pretty good. And for the most part it is very simple.

Dont' know what its called but an old boyfriend used to cook this for me and its awesome!

Regular cooked spaghetti noodles
Butter
A whole thing of Kraft Parmsan Cheese
Diced cooked ham
Scrambled Eggs
Mix in a Big bowl while the noodles are still hot.

Serves about 5 hungry people and is a dish most people have probably never heard of!

Good LUCK!!!!

One of my favorites is Baked Ziti, but it has to be served really hot. If you are making this for work and you cannot serve it really hot, I would make lasagna, because it always taste better when it is warm and congealed a bit.

A rotini alfredo with shrimp and broccoli and mushrooms. And a lot of cheeses.

chicken and broccoli with fettuccine and alfredo,
lasagna, chicken parm with zitti, chicken picatta with penne, spaghetti with meat sauce. Don't worry too much about it. If you're serving a lot of people make it easy on yourself and keep it simple.
Before dinner serve a nice antipasto platter or some olive tapinade with some good crusty bread or try fresh sliced vine ripened tomatoes with fresh mozzarella and fresh basil then drizzled with good extra virgin olive oil, salt and pepper.
