How long do u cook pork on the grill?!

Question:

How long do u cook pork on the grill?

At what temp? I need it Medium

Answers:
To be safe, use a small, inexpensive instant read thermometer and cook Pork to 165-170 degrees. Allow the meat to rest 3-5 minutes after removing from the heat (especially a grill) so the juices can redistribute.

If cooking a larger cut (a pork butt or shoulder) and you want good, pulled pork sandwiches, take the internal temp to 190 degrees before attempting to pull with forks.

depends how thick if its thick check every 4-5 min

well depending on the tempurture of the grill i'd say about 3 minutes per side

Time varies due to how hot the fire is, how thick your meat is. The thing to remember is that you MUST cook pork until it is no longer pink inside. If you don't, you open yourself up to all kinds of bacteria and parasites.

4 mins usually does the trick at middle heat with a 1inch pork chop
