Why is food tastier when you serve it fresh, and worse when you reheat it?!

Question:

Why is food tastier when you serve it fresh, and worse when you reheat it?

Answers:
Because the microwave was invented to destroy us. It zaps all the flavor out of food and leaves us with an empty shell of what once was...

Because when you've served it fresh it hasn't been sitting around getting like cold and soggy.

Excluding Lasagna, of course

To put it simply, because the food begins to break down (decompose) and most people don't like decomposition, except in wines and cheese, lol...

that's not always true, Spaghetti is always better the second day. Other foods are better the second day because they get to sit and mix with the other flavors in the dish, thereby giving it a more interesting taste. Not all reheating must be done by microwave, either.

the vitamins can't wait to get inside u, the longer u wait they quit tryin'

That isn't true. Many homemade "mixed"-type foods get better with reheating. Soup, chili, casseroles, stews and roasts, etc. The flavors keep blending better and better.
