Looking for a great recipe to make Bonless Chicken Breast?
Never made Chicken before, anyone have any good recipes for oven baked chicken? Please little or no onion and absolutely no peppers.

I don't do ours in the oven, I cook it in a skillet with some crushed garlic and olive oil. Side of pasta or rice.
You can dice it up also, cook through, then I add the al dente pasta right to the skillet and toss, sometimes putting in broccoli and mushrooms.
You can slice it into strips, put in skilled, when pink is gone ad some fajita or taco seasoning, I don't like onions or peppers either but in this I cut them into BIG chunks while the chicken is cooking to get the flavor and then pick them out. Anyway, you don't need them, but then serve on warm tortillas with some rice and of course, your normal taco toppings.
I also like to cut mine into strips, heating up a skillet of peanut oil, put the strips into a milk/egg bath, then into some seasoned breading and fry in the hot oil. Serve with BBQ sauce
Marinate breasts or legs in Teriyaki (OY Soy is good).
You can BBQ/bake/or broil

easy put some bones and a chicken on your breasts if they are huge like mine then it will fall off he he he he he he he he he he he he he ha ha ha ha ha ha ha ha
Get chicken tenderloins. Bread the in Italian bread crumbs. Fry them in olive until they turn golden brown. Then get out a glass pan and line it with paper towels. Put all the chicken in stack if necessary. Bake until oil dries up at 350.

HAWAIIAN BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
4-6 Boneless Chicken Breasts
1/2 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
1/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. ground ginger
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
Combine in saucepan all ingredients except chicken. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, and simmer 5 minutes. Let cool, pour over chicken which has been placed in a shallow dish. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour or more, remove chicken from sauce, cook on grill about 20 minutes. Baste while cooking.
BONELESS CHICKEN BREASTS
Boneless chicken breasts. Cut in chunks. Dip in egg, then Italian bread crumbs. Brown. 1 can clear chicken broth. Pour over top. Cut up mushrooms. Shred over the top Mozzarella cheese. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes. Uncover and let brown for 10 minutes more.
BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST
2 tsp. all purpose flour
1/4 tsp. each ground sage and thyme
1 skinless, boneless chicken breast half or 6 skinless, boneless chicken thighs
2 tbsp. butter
10 3/4 oz. can Campbell's cream of chicken soup plus water
On waxed paper combine flour, sage and thyme; coat chicken lightly with flour mixture. In skillet over medium heat, in hot butter, cook chicken 10 minutes or until browned on both sides; push chicken to 1 side. Stir in soup and water, stirring to loosen browned bits. Reduce heat to low. Cover; simmer for 5 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender. Serve over rice. Makes 4 servings

this recipe sounds so gross, but, believe me, it is YUMMY
You need:
One small bottle of French Dressing
One can of cranberry sauce with or without whole cranberries
Mix the cranberry and dressing together and put your chicken breasts in it. Let the chicken marinate in this mixture for a bit - the longer the better.
You can bake the chicken in this sauce or not - just do not use the sauce unless you cook it with the chicken.
I thought it sounded awful until I tasted it - and OMG - is it good.
