Which is healthier to eat?

Peanut butter and Jelly sandwich on wheat bread or a plain cheese pizza?


Answers:
P&J does have a lot of sugar, but there is a lot of nutrience in the wheat bread, and good protein and fats in the peanut butter.
Much healthier. However Pizza does sound really yummy!!!

A plain cheese pizza? Like a whole one...go with the PBJ.

Peanut Butter and Jelly on 100% whole wheat bread.

PB&J has a lot more nutrional value.

A peanut butter sandwich (no jelly) on 100% whole wheat bread is best.

Both are healthy, in moderation. It depends on what else you are eating that day. Try to eat a balanced diet, without too many calories.

depends... If you're not eating natural peanut butter, you're probably getting a lot of trans fat which is horrible for you. The quality of the bread also varies. Is the pizza whole wheat? What kind of cheese? Extra sauce would be better too.

The point is, that depending on what you're going for, they can both be healthy. They have different components and caloric compositions. It would really depend on what else you ate that day.

All things considered, I think if they were both as healthy as they could get, the sandwich would probably get my vote.

It's kind of a toss-up... the pizza definately if you put some veggies on it.
