How do you enjoy Ramen Noodles?!

Question:

How do you enjoy Ramen Noodles?

My fav flavor is beef and I enjoy them cooked on the stove and I drain the water a little and add a squirt of lemon or lime, soy sauce, cayenne pepper along with freshly chopped green onions and of course the flavor packet. I eat them with chop-sticks too sumtimes....Yummage!!!

Answers:
I cut up some pork into strips and marinate them in soy sauce, chinese hot oil with a little bit of sesame oil. While it is merinating I would cook my noodles and add the flavor packets. Then I take my pork and saute them in a saute pan until juices run clear. Drain my noodles but leave a little bit of the broth. Put my noodles in a bowl and put the pork on top and garnish with chopped up green onions. You now have pork noodles.

My own recipe.

They're all right. The Asian ones are better and spicier, rather than the 25-cent per cup kind that you get at Costco.

I actually had a friend in college who would just crush them in the package and eat them that way - no water or cooking. They actually tasted really good like that too.

I like the regular chicken ones. Just put them in the microwave with the water stire them and eat them in the cup with some Salt Crackers. It's real basic but I love it lol

i freakin love ramen noodles! i like the beef and chicken, i cook them drain the water and either enjoy or add soysauce yuuuum :]

somethin else good is a little chili powder or tobasco. and food coloring just for fun.

i boil the water then add noodles then i drain the water completly and add the seasoning...:)

i cook Oriental ones with the flavor packet, and a whole lot of soy sauce and plain stir fry sauce from a bottle. I throw away teh liquid, and add a little bit of more stir fry sauce, and maybe some shredded turkey or pork if i have some.

I'm not into crackhead soup.

Oh I love all the flavors!! Boil them then drain some of the water out. I squirt a lime and i add tapatio(hot sauce) and some salt and good to go...damn now i want one!!

Here are a few places with fun and useful information regarding Ramen Noodles!
I liked the saying "Everybody loves Ramen!" mentioned in the first article! Cute!
The recipe in the second one sounds really pretty good!
What do you think?

I cook mine for 3 min without the seasoning pack. When they are cooked I drain them and add butter or margarine ,the seasoning pack and Parmesan cheese......my whole family loves that way and they make a great side dish

Best way to eat Ramen Noodles... Take a couple hard boiled eggs.. Chop them up and mix it in w/ the cooked Ramen noodles.. Add some Mayo or Miracle Whip..
My husband makes it this way & it's delicious!!!!!

my fave would have to be..........curry or creamy i perfer it stove top cooked with sliced turkey and one tbs of the water left over to mix in the flavor packet occasionally i eat with chop sticks in my chinese bowls, but i perfer the fork with a tall class of kool aide!

I like the chicken flavor Ramen Noodles. I then add a beaten egg to the last minute of cooking. Its like egg drop soup =0)

After your ramen is done, try adding shrimp, spam, chopped egg, Chinese red pork, bok choy, shu mai, won tons, just to mention a few. But, you can try cream of mushroom and shredded chicken, or meat balls. How about spaghetti sauce? Or, Alfredo sauce with shrimp, or salmon? I think I saw a book at Barnes and Nobel, a lady wrote 300 recipes for ramen noodles. Oh here's one last hint, if you are into cooking with raw shrimp, next time you peal your raw shrimp, save the shells in the freezer in a zip lock. When you have 10-15 shells, boil the shells in the water first, strain and discard the shells. Now cook the noodles in the flavored water, add the little packet to taste.

I use the chicken flavor. Two packages with the seasoning, and more water-6 cups instead of four.Cut up an onion and also put some frozen peas in there.Heat it up all together. After you put it in a bowl.sprinkle a few drops of hot sauce on it and squeeze a little fresh lime juice on it.This is yummage also! Enjoy!
