Good Mix of seasonings for a steak or chicken breast?
Im not sure what seasonings to get for a steak, I will be making my first steak very soon and Im not sure what seasonings to buy for it anyone have any suggestions ??
Same goes for chicken breast...
I just got a George Foreman Grill and I wanted to ask a few questions before I started using it =D

Well, I love Garlic, and butter and sometimes lemon juice or lemon pepper for Chicken, Garlic is also great on steak. You can use Garlic Powder or Garlic Salt. I prefer Garlic Powder. I also love the Mrs. Dash line of seasonings, I buy a couple of different varieties or flavors so it's much easier than opening up a bunch of different kind of seasonings each time since her seasoning line has all different seasonings already included.
Some people like to pour a little of a special sauce on their burgers steak or chicken, Heinz 57 is popular, Heinz Worcestor Sauce or A1 are great too.
I love my George Foreman grill it's great! It's super easy to grill fish too. I love to grill salmon with a homeade sauce of garlic, melted butter and a bit of lemon juice.
Have fun! Mmmmmmmm now I'm hungry!
Nutmeg, Cinnamon, Clove = delicious
lowerys seasoning salt is the best i swear by it cus its the best idk if thats how u spell it it might be lawrys or something like that and dont but a cheap steak get top sirloin or a t bone nothing cheap or youll be sorry and for chicken breast it works well too or you can just use some garlic salt
Soy sauce, lemon juice, salt, olive oil, and garlic. Works EVERY time, I swear. Lots of soy sauce.
with the steak be careful with some dry rubs because they tend to burn and smoke a lot. when you cook it let it warm up a little bit don't put it on right out of the fridge this will help it not be to tough. cook it for about 8 min for med done then let it sit for 2-3 minute before eating the juices will redistribute and the steak will be juicier. For the chicken cut the boneless breasts in half thickness so you have 2 pieces put them in a freezer bag pour in about 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar and about 1/3 cup olive oil and chop about 3 cloves a garlic. let it marinade a couple hours then cook till done not pink inside. Then put some arugula leaves on top a drizzle with more balsamic vinegar. ENJOY.
For the Chicken: Olive oil, Orange Juice, (Lime or Lemon) juice, Garlic powder, Salt, Pepper, Chopped Cilantro as a merinade.
Steak rub with garlic powder, salt, pepper, and coat the grill with olive oil.
The best thing to use is Grill Mates, Garlic salt, "Just a little"..... Oh make sure you season over night..... If I were you I would use meat tenderizer... but only if your going to cook for well done!
