Recipe required to make Eggless Chocolate cake in Microwave oven?!

Recipe required to make Eggless Chocolate cake in Microwave oven?

I need recipe for making eggless chocolate cake in microwave oven. I have made it before and it tastes great...It took just 7-10 minutes to bake the cake....but i misplaced the recipe! Any other recommendations for great desserts/snacks which can be made in microwave oven, please suggest!

CRAZY (EGGLESS) CHOCOLATE CAKE

In an ungreased 9x9 (or 8x8) pan, put: 1 c. sugar 3 tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt
Mix together. Make 3 impressions and put in: 1 tsp. vanilla 1 tbsp. vinegar

Over this pour:

Mix with a fork until wet. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Note: Is excellent in the microwave. In a microwaveable pan, bake 7 minutes. (Use paper cup in center to even baking.)

QUICK CHOCOLATE EGGLESS CAKE

1-1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup cocoa powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup cold water
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tsp vinegar

Preheat oven to 375°F.
Spray a small baking pan (8x12) with vegetable spray or Baker's Joy.

Combine dry ingredients directly in the pan. Mix all the wet ingredients

In a small bowl, combine remaining ingredients leaving out the vinegar until the final step.

Combine wet and dry ingredients, stirring together in pan until well combined. Stir in the vinegar rapidly and immediately place pan into preheated oven and bake for 25 to 30 min.

Optional: You can stir in 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips just before baking to make a richer cake with melted chocolate bits or swirls.

LOW FAT AND EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. oil
1/3 c. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. vinegar
2 c. water

Mix all ingredients together well. Dump into a lightly greased 9 x 13 pan. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. The recipe calls for dumping ingredients into a 9 x 13 pan and mixing well with a fork. I like it better mixing well in a bowl then dumping into the pan.

EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

1 1/2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. oil
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cold water

Sift together flour, sugar, salt, soda and cocoa. Add remaining ingredients. Pour into 8"x8" pan. Bake at 325 to 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.

VERMONT EGGLESS CHOCOLATE CAKE

1 1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 1/2 sq. chocolate
2 tbsp. shortening
1 tsp. vanilla

Sift flour, sugar, soda and salt; add milk and mix well. Melt chocolate with shortening. When cool, stir into batter. Add vanilla; mix well. Bake in layers or square pan 25-30 minutes at 375 degrees.
