How to make ice-cream soda?!

Question:

Can anyone tell me how to make some ice-cream soda? The contents and procedure please.

Answers:
It is simple. You get a decent sized glass, put a scoop of ice cream in it and then pour the type of soda you want in slowly. Put the ice crm in first and pour slowly because the ice crm makes the soda fizz up more. Add a straw and spoon, stir and drink up. Vanilla ice crm works best. Root beer, cola and ginger-ale are usually the sodas to use.

Do you mean when you take a glass of soda (coke or lemonade or whatever) and add a generous dollop of ice-cream?? Delicious!!!!

ice cream
soda

it used to be made with cream soda (you can still get this in supermarkets) and add a scoop of vanilla ice cream. but you can use lemonade or coke i guess

we call them spiders -i think thats what your talking about anyway- you just put vanilla ice-cream into a glass of soft drink.

Pour your choice of soda into a tall glass, 3/4 full. Then add a scoop of ice cream. Soda goes in first because if you do it ice cream first it will foam up. Root beer or coke is best with vanilla ice cream.

Take any plain soda (Chilled)
add 1-2 drops of vanilla essence/extract
You are done.

1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons chocolate syrup or fruit-flavored syrup
1 cup vanilla ice cream (or 1 scoop)
club soda or seltzer water (cold)
whipped cream (optional)
Pour the milk into a very tall glass.
Stir in syrup.
Add in ice cream and enough soda water or selzer to fill almost to top of glass.
Top with whipped cream if desired.
Serve with a long spoon and a big straw.
