Grill them on the BBQ or put them in the crock pot. If you put them in the crock pot, put in just enough water to come half way up the thighs. Season just as you would if you were baking them in the oven.

i agree with bbq but you can pan fry them if you want !
on the grill w/ bbq sauce. Par-boil them first until almost cooked then drench in BBQ sauce.
you could simmer them in a sauce and serve with pasta

ginger chicken on bean sprout
1. Cut up the chicken into small pieces.
2. Put in a plastic baggie, toss in some chopper ginger, lemon and salt.
3. Marinade for an hour
4. Heat up olive oil in a killet
5. Throw in the chicken, also add the chopped ginger that was in the baggie (some people throw the gingers away)
6. Cook for 30 minutes or till the chicken is done.
7. Add soy sauce and tabasco sause
8. Turn up the heat to max
9. Add the bean sprout, mix and cook for 3 mints
10. Turn down heat, you may add some lemon and pepper if you like

Yummy chicken with veggies
1. Cut up the chicken in small pieces, wash and boil in water with a dab of salt.
2. after 10 minutes drain the water.
3. On a pan/pot add some cooking oil, 1 medium onion, a little ginger and garlic, some fresh pepper.
4. When the onions are light golden then add the chicken. Cook for 10 minutes. Give it a stir now and then so it does not stick at the bottom.
5. Add some beans, peas, carrot, celeries, broccoli/coliflower or any other veggies you like
6. After couple of minutes see if the chicken is done (make sure that the chicken has been cooked for more than 20 minutes before tasting)
7. Just before you take it off the stove add some sliced tomatoes, bell pepper, cilantro and if you want some cheese
soak in lemon juice garlic salt pepper and ginger for an hour then bbq/grill or if nec fry. serve with micro jacket spuds and salad and bbq sweetcorn
or remove meat from bone stir fry with peppers onions and fajita seasoning serve in fajitas with salad salsa and sour cream

Apricot Glazed BBQ Chicken Thighs
1 1/4 pound skinless boneless chicken thighs
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/3 cup apricot preserves, large pieces cut up
2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or apple cider vinegar
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
2 cloves garlic, minced
Heat gas or charcoal grill.
Sprinkle thighs with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients; mix well. Set aside.
When grill is heated, place chicken on gas grill over medium heat or on charcoal grill 4 to 6 inches from medium coals. Cook 8 to 10 minutes or until chicken is fork-tender and juices run clear, turning once and brushing with preserve mixture once halfway through cooking time. Discard any remaining preserve mixture.
Notes: Set time for 5 minutes of grilling, then brush on preserve mixture. If applied too soon, the mixture can burn and blacken the chicken.
To broil, place chicken on a broiler pan. Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat, using grilling times as guide, turning once and brushing with preserve mixture as directed.

BBQ is great, or put them in slow cooker with a little white wine, garlic, s & p, & tarragon. Add some freshly sliced mushrooms at the end. YUM! You can also add a can of cream of mushroom soup if you like a creamy sauce.

Ingredients
3 pounds chicken thighs, cut into serving pieces
1/2 cup white vinegar
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/4 teaspoon peppercorns, crushed
1 teaspoon brown sugar
5 garlic cloves, crushed
3 bay leaves
Salt to taste
Combine all ingredients in a pan, cover, and allow to marinate one to three hours. Bring to a boil, then lower heat and simmer for 30 minutes. Uncover the pan and allow to simmer for an additional 15 minutes or until most of the liquid has evaporated and the chicken is lightly brown. Serve with white rice.
Serves: 4 to 6

This is quite a simple recipe
Curried mango chicken drumsticks
Ingredients
3 tbsp mango chutney
150g tub natural low-fat yogurt
3 tbsp balti curry paste, or any curry paste to your liking
1cm cube root ginger, peeled and finely grated
6 chicken thighs, skin removed if required
mini naan breads to serve
Method
1. Put the chutney, yogurt, curry paste and ginger in a shallow dish and mix well.
2. Make a few deep cuts in the chicken, then marinade in the mango mixture for 30 minutes at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400°F/gas 6. Cook the chicken for 30-35 minutes. Serve with the naan breads, warmed.
BBQ them having marinaded them. If you do not have a BBQ go to any of the the hardware stores and buy an instant one. But do not be like the woman who took hers back to the store and demanded her money back. When asked why she said she had bought several and when she had opened one up there was just black lumps in it.
The store manager asked why she had not brought all of them back to which she replied, they are still in the freezer. The manager asked what the problem was and she said, well there were no sausages and chops and tomatoes etc in there like there was on the packet cover!!! Duh!
