David and Dawn's mulberry pie

You need:
2 1/2 cups mulberries
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup tawny port or other sweet liqueur
1/2 cup water
1 tblsp lemon juice
1 heaped tblsp corn flour
1 tbsp butter
1 20cm piecrust pre-baked
Method:
Place mulberries, butter, sugar, port or liqueur, lemon juice and water in saucepan over medium to low heat. Cover and stew till berries are well softened.
Uncover and reduce to thick-ish syrupy consistency.
Remove from heat, add cornflour a little at a time constantly stirring. Let stand until cooled to touch. Cornflour will continue to thicken the mixture.
Pour into piecrust, dust with a little cinnamon or nutmeg if desired.
Preheat oven to 180 degrees c.
When ready to serve, heat for 5 - 10 minutes. Serve with whipped cream.
Serving Suggestion: can be served chilled. If choosing to do so ensure mixture is cold and place into crust just before serving. You could also preheat the crust to crisp it up, if necessary.
Mulberry Pie
INGREDIENTS
3 cups mulberries
1 1/4 cups white sugar
1/4 cup all-purpose flour
1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
2 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon milk
DIRECTIONS
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
In a large bowl, mix berries with sugar and flour. Place mixture into bottom pie crust. Dot with butter and then cover with top pie crust. Crimp edges, cut slits in upper crust, and brush with milk. Let pie rest in refrigerator for 30 minutes.
Bake pie in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Lower oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for an additional 30 minutes. Remove pie from oven and let sit on wire rack until cool.
Mulberry Rhubarb Pie
INGREDIENTS
* 2 1/2 cups mulberries
* 1 1/2 cups finely chopped rhubarb
* 1 1/4 cups white sugar
* 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
* 1 tablespoon butter
* 1 recipe pastry for a 9 inch double crust pie
DIRECTIONS
1. Mix together mulberries, rhubarb, sugar, and flour.
2. Pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell. Dot filling with butter or margerine, and add top crust.
3. Bake at 400 degrees F (205 degrees C) for 15 minutes. Reduce oven temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Bake until pie is done, about 30 minutes.
If you wish, you can add 1/2 cup more rhubarb, but make sure you add about 2-3 tbsp. tapioca!

2 tablespoons butter
1. Combine mulberries and rhubarb in a medium bowl.
2. Combine sugar and flour in a seperate bowl.
3. Sprinkle about 1/3 of the flour mixture into the bottom of a pastry lined 9-inch pie pan.
4. Pour mulberries and rhubarb into the pie pan and add remaining flour mixture.
5. Dot with butter.
6. Place top crust, cut steam vents, and flute edges.
7. Bake at 425 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes or until crust is browned and juice is bubbling out of steam vents.
